An accomplished Senior Security Professional with over 40 years of experience gained in the public and private sectors, Brian has an extensive background in security program development, management, operations, travel security, corporate investigations, intelligence analysis/collection and security services procurement.
Brian’s has occupied senior security leadership positions with major corporations in the commercial real estate, financial services and transportation sectors. Prior to creating Brian Claman & Associates, he was responsible for GWL Realty Advisors (a subsidiary of Great West Life Insurance) national security and life safety program. , NatiIn that capacity, he created and managed GWLRA’s national security strategy and program. Before that, he held senior security management positions at Fidelity Investments, Brink’s Canada Ltd., and Purolator Courier.
Brian has regularly presented at industry and public safety conferences on the importance of public/private partnerships as a key tool in public safety. He has also served as an executive board member of PATHComm Toronto, TAPPS (Toronto Association of Police and Private Security) and the CRE-SLG (Commercial Real Estate Security Leadership Group).
Brian has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Certificate in Security Administration from Concordia University in Montreal. He is a member in good standing of the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS).

Luciano has established himself as a knowledgeable and credible security professional providing exceptional service, guidance and advice to some of the world’s largest corporations. His unique blend of law enforcement and private sector experience provides a complete view of managed enterprise risk, a view that effectively weighs the business against a Company’s legal obligations, resulting in the creation of an effective, defensible security program that mitigates risk and comprehensibly protects the “business.”
Luciano’s security experience includes ten years with York Regional Police, where he worked uniformed response, Criminal Investigations, and Intelligence, specializing in major organized crime investigations. In 2007, he joined Wal-Mart Canada as the Corporate Security Manager and Canadian lead for Global Security operations, supporting security operations in supply chain integrity, travel safe, aviation, emergency response, investigations, and major event planning. From there, Luciano transitioned into commercial real estate, assuming senior leadership positions with Cadillac Fairview and then Brookfield Properties, where he oversaw the national security program.
Luciano is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) who holds an Honours BA in Political Science. He is also CPTED Level 2 certified. His many accomplishments include successfully leveraging public/private partnerships in support of enterprise risk management and major event planning, including the 2010 Toronto G20, the Pan Am Games, as well as various major protests that have taken place in Toronto's financial district and threatened critical infrastructure assets located there. He is also a founder and past Chairperson of PATHcomm, an emergency communication platform connecting over 30 private sector properties directly to emergency services to enhance security preparedness within Toronto's city core.

During his career to date spanning 12+ years, Arash has worked on over 100 commercial, retail, banking, healthcare and institutional projects, gaining deep insight into integrated system design. A professional licenced engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Ryerson University, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Bradford School of Management and a broad range of exposure to various project applications, Arash is proficient in leading engineering teams for complex security system projects from concept design to final commissioning.
Arash began his career acquiring knowledge of system design as a designer at a large engineering consulting firm based in Toronto and has progressed to currently hold the title of Director of Technology and Systems at Lobo Consulting Services Inc.
Project highlights include the CN Tower video surveillance modernization, Toronto Eaton Centre Complex video surveillance and access control upgrades, Ripley’s Aquarium security design, Brookfield Place Calgary project and the development of national security technology and system standards/guidelines for four of the largest commercial real estate owner/developers in Canada. Most recent projects with Lobo Consulting include security upgrades across a large district school board’s ninety six sites, the federal Arthur Meighan building rehabilitation project and the security technology assessment of eight major hospitals in the GTA.

Superintendent (Ret.) "Bill" Neadles is a 40 year veteran of the Toronto Police Service and a well-known and respected emergency management and public safety professional.
During his career, he moved through various ranks and was ultimately responsible for the Emergency Management & Public Order Unit where he had oversight of the Service's emergency management, critical infrastructure, search management, and special events planning functions. This included specialized teams such as the Mounted Unit, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explo sive (CBRNE), Explosives Disposal Unit (EDU), Public Order Unit (POU) and Heavy Urban Search and Rescue Team (HUSAR).
Bill's knowledge, experience and leadership skills have defined him as one of Canada’s leading experts in emergency management. He has served as incident commander in numerous operational responses such as as the 2008 Sunrise Propane Explosion, 2009 Tamil demonstrations, 2012 Elliot Lake Mall Collapse, the 2013 Ice Storm and Floods. Bill has also served as the Operations Chief for both the 2010 G8/G20 Summit and the 2015 Pan Am Games.
As a founding member of the provincial Incident Management System (IMS) Steering Committee, Bill is a strong advocate for the use of Incident Management System.
